Randy Jones is the principal member of Jones Development Group. Since 1995, he has provided consulting, training and coaching to literally thousands of sales representatives and managers, marketing directors, upper management and boards of directors, to help create working environments, which inspire success.

Randy is an often-requested keynote speaker, a guest lecturer at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, and teacher at the Beveridge Institute for Sales and Sales Management in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University and a former teacher and coach. In his 11 years in the public education system, Randy received Teacher-of-the-Year and Coach-of-the-Year recognition. Prior to starting his own business, Randy spent five years as a Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, and Manager of Training and Development.
